This marks the 4th time in about 6 months I have been sent photos from The Great Wall of China...how cool is that? Looks so, well, great! Just great...

Did I send you pics of me and OTC on the Great Wall? I can't remember.

The only comment I had was, "What's so great about it?". It was also bone chilling cold.

The best comment was from a french guy, "You climb up every step and think the view will be better if you keep going, but it's always the same. The wall fucking sucks."

Now that I read my posting it seems a tad negative. I didn't want to sound like I was completely unappreciative.

Maybe it the fault of all the build-up, your whole life you hear "Great Wall", it sets the bar too high. If it was called "The Pretty Good Wall" when you got there you'd be like, "No way, this wall rocks, it's great!"

The best part was riding these crazy sleds down the other side, totally dangerous, but totally China. When we got to the bottom there was a big pile of the busted up sleds that didn't make it. No word on the unlucky inhabitants.

Oh yeah, OTC wouldn't ride the pony on the top of the wall because he was worried he would look silly. Spoilsport.

OTC? He took a clown course and wore clown shoes for like 4 years..and he was worried about looking silly?
